Selected work

Operational change, delivered across systems and plants.

A selection of initiatives from my employed career. Contributions were made with colleagues and cross-functional teams; internal details and results remain private.

2015 onward · QAD

Trim ERP core model and plant implementations

Helped design a common operating model spanning logistics, engineering, quality, production, finance and IT, then supported implementations, training and stabilization across a multi-plant environment. The work connected a shared process design to local operational realities.

Explore the delivery pattern
  1. MapAlign cross-functional plant processes and ERP behavior.
  2. StandardizeDefine the shared core model with local exceptions.
  3. DeployTest, train and stabilize one plant at a time.

Contribution: employed-role work with cross-functional teams. Results: employer outcomes and internal figures are not published.

ERP · Upgrade

QAD Enterprise modernization

Contributed to a plant-by-plant upgrade of the QAD Enterprise environment, with emphasis on continuity, validation and avoiding production disruption.

Contribution: employed-role work with cross-functional teams. Results: employer outcomes and internal figures are not published.

Planning · APS

Asprova and central scheduling

Worked on APS implementation and a central scheduling approach to connect plant-level planning with network visibility. The work connected local planning with a wider network view.

Data · Reporting

Enterprise data and supply chain intelligence

Contributed to a Snowflake and Power BI environment connecting ERP data to recurring operational measures. Later work extended into Palantir Foundry back-end ingestion, transformations, quality, governance and monitoring.

Explore the data flow
  1. SourceTrace ERP transactions and ownership.
  2. TransformMap, validate and define common measures.
  3. UsePublish reports and monitor data quality.

Context

What these examples show

My role is to connect physical processes, enterprise systems and the people accountable for results. Projects differ in technology and scale, but the delivery discipline stays consistent: map, agree, test, deploy and support.
